Why do I have to set up a wholesale account?
As a wholesaler, we have to keep track of what our customers have purchased as part of our food safety requirements imposed by the FDA. This is so we are able to track where our products have gone if there is a recall (this is extremely rare).
Do I need to have a business to have a wholesale account?
No. We sell all of our products at wholesale prices, whether or not you own a business.
Do you require a credit application?
Can I get my order on credit?
We always ask for the first order to be prepaid or COD. Afterward commercial customers are given Net 10 terms. Net 30 terms and T10 are available with approval.
What forms of payment does Napa Nuts accept?
Napa Nuts’ customers can pay by check, cash, credit card, or PayPal. Credit card payments can be set up to charge automatically at the time of each order (prepaid) or cumulatively on the 10th of the following month (T10). (For example, if you place 3 orders in March, we will charge your credit card for all 3 orders on April 10.)
